This is great so far, but the treble of your lead synth is a little bit too offensive, had to lower the volume some.
But your Title + Comment made my day =D

This is so fantastic, you create a 3-dimensional room by only hearing stereo!
This is incredible!
I rarely get this feeling when hearing music.
I feel veeeery comfortable in that room, awesome.
One day I want to reach that too.

TheBiocide responds:

Very inspiring words, my friend :) Thanks a lot - I'm glad you enjoyed it so much!

Yes, that's great! ("Yehay") =D
I first read your comment and listened to it afterwards: At the very beginning I thought this would be a dance track, but after some secs u took us right back to teh dubsteeep!
But I don't get what u mean by "talk-y"
Good Job!

TheBiocide responds:

Thanks for the review, man. Always nice to get em :)

And as far as "talk-y" goes, I meant I didn't use any synths in this one that sounded organic, like roars, and vowel wobs. If that makes any sense.

Thanks again, dude! :)

Oh yes, thats intense.
Nice thing at all, though I wasn't that big fan of yours earlier, but now u got me
I'm getting down to that off-beat-structure, makes me nodd my head so my earphones nearly drop =D

After seeing your comment: Can I find the source track also here on Newgrounds?
At first I thought you have sung them lyrics and I wondered again 'bout people's creativity :)

Great thing, more!

CowardlyLion responds:

Thanks a lot! I'm glad I've swayed you over to be a fan haha. The original song actually can't be found here on Newgrounds. The original was by MC Chris, you may have heard of him, he appears on Aqua Teen Hunger Force often. The original was also in a Honda commercial, I believe. The original has a much higher tempo for the drums, the drums are halftime in this one. Thanks again!

Not bad, not bad, I say.
But what I was reminded of hearing that sound, was more like water and a dive, no horses =D
Keep it up, the atmosphere is great!

Freelanceinc responds:

honestly didn't really no what to call this song, so i guess it was a last minute thing haha Thanks for the review! more to come

Wow, this is huge.
I was overwhelmed by your comment: all this Indian rules you applied, I never saw someone so straight to ethnical music rules.
To the music: I never listened to Indiastep =D But for my taste, the middle part with bassline and stuff sounded like a big fill-in, because I'm used to a fat drumkit. If only the ethnic percussion is allowed, I won't critizise it.
I also liked the definition of the sound, very rich in detail, well mastered.
Thank you for that new impression.

AKACCMIOF responds:

Thanks for the detailed review, its always nice to see a detailed comment (especially a nine starrer!). Yeah, I was kinda aware that the author's comment was massive, but it's the only way we have to put in all our research stuff there, sorry if it seemed kinda intimidating! Yeah, Its true, the inner part could have flowed far better from the intro, in fact I made an extended cut with a big Goa trance section leading into the bass drop, but the rules say only 3:00- 4:00 minutes long, and I'm a slave to the rules, so! :P

Nah, I can see what you mean in terms of percussion, the big 30 Hz bass drum could be bigger, but I really wanted to paint the image of a bloody, dissonant, twisted Maurya battle (specifically Emperor Ashoka's last, bloodiest battle before his meeting with the Buddha). To do that, I did sacrifice the bass drum and the massive dubstep snare, which may have made it less full and brutal. Hmmm, will consider a remaster :)

Thanks a lot for the review :)

This song is wonderful as it is, but you packed out all the energy right at the beginning so I wondered what you will bring up in the next minutes, something like singin or so.

I recognized very fast ur characteristical style, very well done.

Okay, I did as u told, I sat back, and I liked it. But I didn't die. Maybe the others, that would explain why there are no comments so far =D
To the music: It sounded to me more ambient, I didn't recognize your frustration anywhere; except ur "whooah!" was intended to be the frustrating part.
I normally don't listen to ambient but I was content.

Atundra responds:

Hahahahha thanks man, I agree it probably is more ambient , thats just my frustration comes out hahaha

Yes. It's me. I'm using newground since ages, but never signed on, because I didn't have anything to share with you all. But now I'm occupied with Fruity Loops and will make mainly Hardstyle an Dubstep Music (at least i'll try so).
